We use LabCorp labs, which is found throughout the United States.

NOTE: You cannot simply take this information to LabCorp.

You MUST have a requisition paid for in advance.

Process once you order this test:

1) We will call you during regular business hours to confirm your email address
2) We will email your lab requisition to you. (This is the piece of paper that tells the lab what to do.)
3) You must PRINT the requisition and take it to the lab with you along with your identification.
4) Once the results of your test are complete they will be sent directly to us and you will receive the results via email. 
5) Then you share the results with your health provider who will tell you what the results mean.
